At AKA Architecture, our design process integrates neuroscience and psychology research with a client-centric approach to create exceptional spaces. We align our knowledge of how the brain and mind respond to spatial stimuli with our clients' needs and goals. Through an iterative design process consisting of five phases, we synthesize scientific insights and client preferences to craft innovative space solutions:

Conceptual Phase: Site Analysis, Space Diagrams, Architectural Program, Manifesto, Mood Board, Site and Massing Diagrams, and Basic Structural Diagrams.
Architectural Design Phase: 2D Floor Plans, 2D Elevations, 2D Sections, Renders, and Budget Proposal.
Interior Design Phase: Material Selection, Material Floor Plans, Criteria Matrix, FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Document, FFE Floor Plans, 2D Illustrated Floor Plan, Renders, and Budget Proposal.
Landscape Design Phase: Plant Selection, Landscape Floor Plans, Landscape Document, Criteria Matrix, Renders, and Budget Proposal.
Construction Plans: Structural Plans, Plumbing Plans, Electrical Plans, Mechanical Plans, Landscape Plans, and Furniture Plans.

The construction phase is followed by an evaluation process to ensure optimal outcomes. Our process seamlessly blends science, client collaboration, and artistic vision to inspire well-being and leave a lasting impact.
